• Up to 5 service hours monthly
• Up to 15 product updates
• Collection and promotion updates
• Monthly performance review
• Initial response target: 2 business days

Premier — From $800/month

• Up to 10 service hours monthly
• Up to 30 product updates
• Theme and merchandising updates within allocated hours
• Biweekly check-ins
• Initial response target: 1 business day

Service hours and update limits are monthly caps, not completion guarantees. No automatic rollover. Custom development, major redesigns, emergency coverage, and third-party fees are excluded and quoted separately. Response targets refer to initial acknowledgment, not resolution. Appstle recurring billing options will be configured separately.
