Digital Service Delivery Policy

Ascend Marketing delivers all products and services digitally. We do not ship physical items. All website, marketing, and credit-based services are fulfilled through secure online collaboration and communication.
1. Digital Service Nature
All Ascend Marketing offerings—including Website Builds, Website Support, Growth Credits, and Accelerator Credits—are classified as digital services. Work begins once payment or deposit confirmation is received.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Most projects commence within 24–48 hours after purchase or deposit receipt. Project timelines vary by service scope and client responsiveness.
3. Communication & Access
Clients receive progress updates, drafts, and deliverables via email or secure digital platforms. To ensure timely fulfillment, clients must provide required access credentials (Shopify, domain, hosting, etc.) upon request.
4. Completion & Handover
Once services are complete and the account balance is paid in full, Ascend Marketing will release final deliverables or credentials to the client. Ownership transfers only upon full payment.
5. Credits & Time-Based Deliverables
Growth Credits and Accelerator Credits are delivered as scheduled service hours. All sessions are coordinated directly with the client based on project priority and availability.
