Ascend Marketing Refund Policy

At Ascend Marketing, we deliver professional digital services tailored to help you grow, elevate, and ascend. Because work typically begins quickly after purchase, our refund policy is clear and time-sensitive.

1. Digital Service Nature

All Ascend Marketing offerings—including Website Builds, Website Support Plans, Growth Credits, and Accelerator Credits—are classified as digital services. Once service work is initiated, time and expertise are invested on your behalf.

2. 24-Hour Refund Window

You may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, all payments are considered final to honor project scheduling and resource commitments.

3. Deposits

Website Build deposits are non-refundable after 24 hours. If you cancel within the first 24 hours and no work has begun, a full refund may be issued.

4. Post-24-Hour Credit Option

After 24 hours, direct refunds are not available. At Ascend’s discretion, an equivalent value may be issued as Growth Credits or Accelerator Credits, which can be applied to future website, marketing, or support services within the Ascend ecosystem.

5. Special Cases

We aim to be fair and transparent. Ascend Marketing will issue a refund or adjustment in the following situations:

  • Duplicate Transactions: Accidental duplicate payments for the same service.
  • Unauthorized Charges: Verified fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
  • Technical Errors: Shopify or payment gateway malfunctions resulting in incorrect billing.

Each case is reviewed individually to determine an appropriate resolution.

6. How to Request a Refund or Credit

Please include your order number, purchase date, and a brief explanation. We typically respond within 3–5 business days.

7. Policy Updates
