One-time setup and configuration of a new sales channel for your Shopify store. Two fixed tiers — choose the one that fits, no add-ons.

Starter — $199:

• Setup of one Starter-eligible sales channel (Facebook/Instagram Shop or Google Merchant Center/Google Shopping)
• Connection to one existing Shopify store
• Product sync for up to 25 eligible products
• Basic feed review
• One submission or connection attempt

Growth — $299:

• Everything in Starter, scaled to up to 75 eligible products

Not included (either tier):

• Guaranteed platform approval
• Account suspension appeals
• Product-policy remediation
• Tax or legal guidance
• Ongoing feed management
• Manual marketplace listing creation
• Product data cleanup
• Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, or other marketplaces requiring business verification

Need Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, product data cleanup, or more than 75 products? That's a Custom Project — these are different platform complexity classes, not a scope expansion of this service.

Turnaround time: Setup completed within 5–7 business days of receiving store and account access, excluding any platform review or approval time, which is outside Ascend's control.

Client responsibilities: You'll need to provide access to the sales channel account (or ability to create one), confirmation of eligible products, and business verification details if the platform requires them. Delays in receiving required access, assets, information, or approvals may extend the delivery timeline.
