One-time setup of your email/SMS automation and list foundation, done once so monthly execution stays lightweight. Two fixed tiers — choose the one that fits, no add-ons.

Starter — $149:

• One welcome email automation sequence (up to 3 emails)
• Up to 2 audience segments configured
• Existing list import, up to 2,500 contacts

Growth — $229:

• Everything in Starter
• Plus a welcome SMS automation sequence added to the same setup

Not included (either tier):

• Ongoing campaign execution (see Email & SMS Campaign)
• Original copywriting beyond light edits of client-provided content
• Additional automations beyond the welcome sequence
• Contact lists over 2,500

Need more automations or a larger list import? That's a Custom Project, not an add-on.

Turnaround time: Setup completed within 5–7 business days of receiving your welcome sequence content and contact list.

Client responsibilities: You'll need to provide welcome message content (or approve Ascend's draft), your existing contact list for import, and platform account access. Delays in receiving required access, assets, information, or approvals may extend the delivery timeline.
